Then reinstall the driver: Click the Start Button, type 'devmgmt.msc' (without quotation marks) in the Start Menu Search box and press Enter. ![]() Unless you see something in the release notes for the subsequent BIOS updates since my current version, I do not feel that updating the BIOS is in line with INTELs directions. First, download the network card driver from manufactuers website, Intel Download Center. Further the BIOS update documents very clearly states to update the BIOS on your computer only if the newer BIOS version specifically solves a problem you have. However, in reviewing the release notes I do not find anything that indicates that the updates will solve the network adapter issue that I am having. I am assuming you would want me to update to the BIOS Update version. So it is not clear what if any update is available or would apply to my system. However, the site does not provide any updates for Windows 10 64 BIT OS. I checked my BIOS and it is BIOS Version/Date - Intel Corp. ![]()
